1. If they had high def TV, a phone in the bathroom, free internet and a newspaper at my door in the morning, I would have given them a higher rate.

3. The bathroom is a great set up - the toilet and shower are in one room and the mirror and sink just outside, which makes it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time.
