1. The one saving grace of the Chandler was that they let us free without charge after we explained our issues.

2. Wi-fi internet is provided free of charge, which paradoxically is not provided in high-end hotels (my boss stayed at the Boston Park Plaza and had to pay extortionate amount for internet!).
