1. Other goodies: free coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine down in the lobby; free Internet; adequate toiletries; close enough to the conference hotel; contemporary room decor.

2. There is a fancy coffee machine in the lobby where you can make cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc. The rooms are small (you are in downtown Boston, after all), but it was all the space we needed.

3. Yes, a fridge would be nice for a longer stay but they have a coffee bar in the lobby, a convenience store around the corner, and Billys for the best breakfast deal in Boston three doors down the street.

6. There is no lounge area (- there is a gay bar on the ground floor) and the lobby just has a free coffee machine but there is a good coffee shop around the corner and lots of excellent restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

8. The complimentary coffee and tea is in the very small lobby and comes out of a generic machine, so nothing one would likely make use of.
