6. I told the manager that it was so late that the noise had to be in violation of a noise ordinance and that, if he didn't do anything, I would call the police if he didn't do anything.

8. My room was fresh and clean, a little traffic noise but, its downtown so what would I expect.

9. Only complaint was my windows didnt seal that well in the room, to the point where the curtains were blowing at one point, but you can control the heat in your room and it was decent white-noise to sleep with (and i mean that).
