1. they had all the little soaps, shampoo, conditioners and towels etc. the housekeeping was great!front desk staff was very nice.

9. We had requested room service, and the housekeeping lady personally called us and yelled that she wasn`t going to clean our room since her shift was ALMOST over(keep in mind it wasn`t messy at all, we just requested that our sheets and towels be replaced with new ones.
