2. Between 7 different pillows i could not find one that wasn't aweful and the bed was broken; it was one of those adjustable on each side, but that didn't work, and it was by far the most uncomfortable bed ever.

8. This year, the staff stood out for their attention to my special requests - I had 3 people follow up to make sure that my pillows were replaced with non-feather ones due to allergies.
