Some hotel areas could do with a slight lick of paint and brightening up but nothing too bad, if the hotel was closer to the bay then I'm sure the owners would spend the money to make it the top hotel in Baltimore as it does have a day gone by character lacking in many modern hotelsWhen I first arrived I came via shuttle through the less glamorous part of town and wasn't sure what to expect.
