1. The lobby was stunning, out room and bathroom were a nice size and very clean, the bar in the lobby had the best cesar salad I have ever had, the cafe had amazing hot cocoa, and the staff was extremely pleasant.

6. valet didnt come to car, stood in line over 1 hour to get room key, went to room to find someone else already staying in room, waited another 3 hours for a room, bathroom wasnt clean, still had dirty soap and shampoo from previous stay, then they charged my card for valet that was supposed to be free.

8. The room was lovely, king size bed, comfy chair with ottoman, desk and comfortable desk chair, sink inside and outside the bathroom - I love that for doing makeup and hair while hubby is showering.
