1. After we complained, the front desk personnel made a good effort to find us another room, and even gave us a reserved room, which was perfect and clean.

4. Overall, The Signature is lovely - beautiful lobby, friendly front desk, terrific Concierge (more on that later), nice pools for each of the 3 towers, huge master bath, a petite second bath with shower and a kitchen that is modern and convenient.
