1. We had no complaints with the service from check in to check out our 6 days went very smoothly all of our wishes were granted.

2. When I complained (rightly so, they offered to clean my room as a courtesy, they never showed up)My recommedation is this, the MGM Signature is absolutely lovely, no casino the walk through to check in, a true resort property in Las Vegas, quiet and very private.
