1. They need to either just jack up their room rates to correctly reflect the daily room rate or simply charge the people who utilize the extra amenities for the services.

9. I would recommend booking directly through the hotel, as the travel sites don't seem to get as a good a rate and don't always have the promotions that the hotel offers directly (like a dining credit, etc).
