1. perfect location, friendly service, free happy hour food and drink, free breakfast buffet (or a nifty little 'to go' bag if you have an early flight), and the rooms were very spacious and clean.

9. Came up for long weekend with souse -- hotel is very nice (rooms large, bathrooms nice, beds comfortable) and centrally located to all the key locations (6th street, etc.) within walking distance.
