1. The day manager was very nice, apologized profusely, and gave us 50% off our stay (which was the right thing to do) before we even had a chance to explain what had happened.

2. Pros - Location very close to 6th street and Congress Bridge Bats (though they were a disappointment, but that is a whole other review!), Great free snacks and drinks at managers reception, clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, swimming facilities, friendly helpful staff.

During our three-night stay, we had multiple interactions with a number of staff, ranging from housekeeping (who caught us in the hallway to ask when would be best to clean our room) to the hotel manager (who brought us fresh coffee during continental breakfast and chatted to ensure we were having a good stay).
