During our three-night stay, we had multiple interactions with a number of staff, ranging from housekeeping (who caught us in the hallway to ask when would be best to clean our room) to the hotel manager (who brought us fresh coffee during continental breakfast and chatted to ensure we were having a good stay).

7. I thought overall the service was lacking (none of their vending machines worked, and the elevators were very slow), but their breakfast was tasty, their valet helpful albeit pricey, and their housekeeping staff impressive.

8. Each time I would run across an employee whether it be from Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office, Security or Valet they would always greet me with a smile.

9. One odd thing: the housekeeping staff start banging on doors at 8 am, so be sure you put the Do Not Disturb signs out at night.
