1. I hope the hotel manager realizes the kitchen is responsible for the loss of business and put a damper in our holiday night.

2. We left the onyx without ever getting our food and I blame the kitchen, our server was very attentive and busy but it is no excuse for the kitchens actions, it is unacceptable and unprofessional we will never come back to eat here.

3. A little while after our order was put in we were told the kitchen lost our ticket and never informed our server,but they were now making it, we waited over an hour all together and our food was never made.

9. We had planned to self cater in these rooms as well as they had kitchen facilites and so had to rethink our plans here as well.
