1. Once arrived from John Wayne Airport via shuttle bus , the check in was easy .

4. Check in was efficient and friendly, we got a room upgrade and 10% discount card for restaurant (which we didn't use ) by being in their loyalty scheme so that is worth considering.

Pros:- The room was very large with a separate bedroom- Restaurant with 'kids eat free' program for guests- Outdoor pool- Clean rooms- Fridge and microwave- Well stocked giftshop- Staff at check-in and the restaurant were friendly and helpful- Free parkingCons:- No other restaurants walking distance (which was fine because we had a car)- 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland which was a bit long after a day walking at the park, until will learned to catch the Disney Tram.
