1. We had a great time at the Holiday Inn, but our last interaction with you was a bill (slid under the door in the dark, quiet hours of the morning) hitting us with over $120 in resort fees.

2. the hotel was okay but we found the reception staff very badly trained and unhelpful also when we arrived home we had 2 payments booked on our credit card of $450 which after contacting our card provider fraud line was refunded but we are yet to receive the $250 still in dispute one payment for example breakfast $116 there is only 3 of us and the buffet is $10 be very carefull check your bill note the payments where added after we left for england very convenient.

3. they need to get their head and *ss wired together and know who has paid their bill and who has not and stop charging the same room charges 3 times i a row cleaning out a persons bank acct and overdrawing them.

5. I brought my two girls, ages 12 and 9, for a quick trip to Disneyland while visiting relatives over the holidays; got this hotel via Priceline at a very reasonable rate, even with the $10/day resort fee added to the bill.

Now the hiccups - elevator is tortourusly slow, the front desk screwed up and I did not give me my wake up call on the last day (when you are staying for a conference - being on time is important) and finally - I handed in paperwork at check in - all properly completed that allows for tax exemption - they told me everything was all set - and, alas, the final billing had taxes on it - really?what a pain.
