1. the manager said the best he could do was give all of us a few free breakfasts in the restaurant in the hotel.

2. Staff was friendly and accommodating and manager on duty, Roberto even comp'd me an in room mini-fridge as I had requested this amenity prior to my check in but it was not immediately available (it only took them 10 min to get me one so this was more than I expected).
