1. We booked the hotel through an airline package for a very good price, so we had set our expectations fairly low expecting a little freeway noise and possibly dated interiors.

3. You can watch (and hear!) the fireworks from the balcony, eat great and varied meals in the restaurant at very nice prices, and have excellent apps and drinks at happy hour at the bar.
