1. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful except for the concierge who we found not helpful, unknowledgable and really not interested in assisting us, a bit stuck up.

8. The staff are efficient and friendly and very knowledgeable as regards choice of restaurants, etc. There is parking under the hotel, which is convenient.

10. The staff are good, the breakfast choices pretty good but watch out for the portion sizes, huge, specify exactly what and how much you want otherwise you will waste a lot or bloat yourself.
