1. We generally like to be self-sufficient in an attempt to save some money (ie: I don't like to have a bell man carry my luggage for a fee when I'm perfectly capable of doing it myself for free).

2. I would suggest you chose to include the parking fee in the price you pay for the room as parking is very expensive.

3. Be prepared that due to taxes and fees your final check can be significantly higher as you assumed it to be.

4. The only drawback, but this is true with all in-town hotels, is the usury parking fee ($38/day + tax), so try to get into town without a car and walk or use the Muni and taxis to get around.

7. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, modern interiors, public areas could do with a facelift, parking onsite (for a fee) too.

10. They provided a rollaway bed for the youngest (for a small fee) so that we could all stay together and avoid the expense of 2 rooms.
