Back to the staff: I cannot overstate the role the staff played in making the week so enjoyable eg Ken's impeccable advice on where to eat (Fino, Daily Grill), Omar's welcome and help with different things like arranging the shuttle to the airport, Ann's charming hello if she was on the desk in the morning and David's help with late night supplies after a very long opera (David: do you remember?) which I found utterly overwhelming in terms of responding to a guest's request.
