7. The Not As Good: 1) common in SF, must valet park; but unlimited in/out; get the parking package up front; 2) a bit older/more historic hotel so carpet in room a tiny bit warn/rooms smaller (i'm extremely picky); however spent most time out touring; std rooms don't have views.

8. Valet parking is expensive, but this is true of all parking in this area, that said our car was always delivered within minutes of asking for it.

9. Just to balance out the review a bit, the complimentary continental breakfast was not bad but wasn't a highlight, the hotel isn't cheap and it only offers valet parking but this was only marginally more expensive than the car parks around Union Square.
