3. When all is said and done, I think what I like most about this manhattan hotel is how hassle-free it is- no working my way through a massive and jam-packed lobby, and the pleasure of feeling a really warm welcome from all of the staffers.

9. The rooms are spacious, the hotel staff pleasant and secure (kept a doorman by the elevator, which you can only access with a room key), the free business center a great plus, and the location literally steps away from a very central subway stop.
