4. The staff at the Kimberly are all extremely helpful (I had read a few reviews saying otherwise, but our experience was nothing like this), and for the price bracket that we were looking for I cannot imagine that we would have found anywhere better to stay.

9. for the first time in New York I chose this hotel recommended by a friend who knows the manager so I had a great price, is wonderful and beautiful large rooms, the service for the things I asked was impeccable and the area is perfect with the metro will turn out.
