1. The noise (whether from street level or from other guests) was minimal although we stayed on the top floor and not facing Queen Anne Avenue.

3. In an effort to avoid a repeat of this disturbance, we called the front desk for a change of rooms and the clerk insisted that since the triple-pane upgrade to the windows in the previous year, noise disturbance had been eliminated.
