We had a bit of a kerfuffle at first because 2 days before we checked in, we got a phone call from Michelle at the front desk, letting me know that they had some unexpected maintenance going on and that, unfortunately, we could not keep our booking; however; we were offered a deluxe queen room at their sister hotel Inn at Queen Anne down the street, free of charge.
