Things I liked about this hotel:-staff were very helpful and friendly-I love the
decor
and age of the hotel (if you are used to upscale, modern hotels with all brand new amenities, this is NOT the place for you.

The
decor
is Queen Anne style (I think) with wingback chairs and wonderful chandeliers, wood floors and nice area rugs.

I loved how the hotel
decor
makes you feel as if you just stepped into the 1920's.

You will need to use the stairs to get to your room (there's only 3 floors though), but the rooms are spacious, with nice furniture &
decor
.

Delightful turn-of-the-century
decor
, from the elegant entrance to the room itself, which included a full kitchenette, as well as a small sitting room with loveseat and very comfortable chair, set off with French doors.

It is an old and partially renovated apartment building (I say partially, because the vault of the rooms are basically untouched beyond paint, the floors need a good polish and kitchens are not updated) with pleasant and tasteful
decor
.
