1. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were excellent in helping with check-in, storing bags, providing tour info, etc. Only downfalls were no elevator (we travelled with elderly and a person with walking difficulties, so the trek up 3 flights of stairs was challenging).

3. Rachel, the front desk employee told us that the check in was at 3:00 pm, but found a room that was ready this early in the morning and allowed us to check in (it was around 9:30 am).

6. Upon check-in, one of the rooms needed to be changed to include a pull-out bed (this was done expeditiously!) The staff quickly learned who we were and greeted us each time we passed the front desk.

9. We arrived to Seattle earlier than the 3 pm check-in, however, when we called to inquire about an early check-in, the staff was very accomodating, and immediately had a room ready for us.
