1. The biggest kick in the butt was the $287 non authorized fee on credit card, accusing us of smoking in the room(we are non smokers, just lit an incense stick in the bathroom).

4. I never touched my vehicle the entire time I was at the hotel as they have wonderful shuttle service around the city yet I was charged a per day fee.
