4. But do keep in mind this hotel offers complimentary van service to the heart of the business district and Pike Place between 7 AM and 11 PM; however, it operated only every 30 minutes.

Service was good, however their shuttle service does not take you to and from the airport (we arrived very late and it would have been nice to not have to spring for a cab, but it is pretty far away) and their food and shuttle service doesn't start until 7 AM so if you have to catch a ferry before that, you need to plan ahead and get food the night before or plan to take a taxi somewhere else.
