1. Be aware that there is some RXR noise at night, but this is due to its location near the waterfront - still not that bad.

3. Great deal on Priceline, as others say its not right at the market, etc. we caught the shuttle a couple times, walked to the waterfront and back to the hotel from the market another time.

6. The only complaint is the 22 dollar a day valet parking charge but most of the downtown hotels charge even more so if you want to stay anywhere near the waterfront/downtown area you really don't have a choice.

10. However, once we arrived I was pleasantly surprised because the Hotel is really nice (more of a 4 star quality) and they have a shuttle service that runs every half hour to Pike Place, Fifth Ave (shopping district), the Space Needle, and Waterfront.
