1. Attached to a fitness center (free) and indoor pool with swimming lanes (non existtent outside of Florida) Rooms well lit and well structured for computer use.

4. On the FINAL day after complaining countlessly about sharing a room with 4 women and one bed, ESTHER offered us a feather free room.

5. I have worked in the hotel industry before, and i know that when you can't offer what the customer requested, you provide alternatives like free breakfast, room discount, or you attempt to find them a room at a sister property.

6. Best part is pancakes and french toast, which are NOT on the buffet, but if you want them and you order the buffet they will make them for you for free when you order.
