6. But the room was small (for the price), the bathroom was marginally clean, the bed was too soft (which made it somewhat uncomfortable), the breakfast food was only average, and the amenities were disappointedly absent--such as free bottled water, or a breakfast coupon or discount.

7. I was a bit surprised that at this price there was no bathtub (shower stall only) and furnished no better than any mid range business hotel.

8. After reviewing rates with my AAA Membership I found out that the Renaissance had VERY competitive prices for a Weekend Rate.

9. We can get drinks and horsdourves along with a full breakfast partly cooked to order at several hotels nearby, all included for the usual price of the room, with the same free coffee and mini-fridge in every room.
