2. I have worked in the hotel industry before, and i know that when you can't offer what the customer requested, you provide alternatives like free breakfast, room discount, or you attempt to find them a room at a sister property.

3. - Breakfast: My family (wife, 2 kids, parents) all sat down at around 8:30AM and like 5 servers come over and start pouring coffee and OJ and water.

5. Finally let me praise the restaurant- the buffet breakfast was delicious and in my opinion quite affordable (kids under 6 were free, adults $15 I believe.

7. My husband has Marriott club status so we were able to stay on the concierge floor and get free breakfast, snacks, bottled water, etc. All in all, a nice hotel.
