8. (Because of this I gave 'sleep quality' a 3 star rating)We spoke to the front desk about our concerns & without any delay, they moved us to another room overlooking the front of the hotel, they also gave us access to the concierge suite.

9. My husband has Marriott club status so we were able to stay on the concierge floor and get free breakfast, snacks, bottled water, etc. All in all, a nice hotel.
