1. Nice place to stay, but there is major construction going on next door at the aquarium.
"Nice Hotel, but VERY Loud VERY Early in the Morning. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/18/2009 Vote
2. There was no noise; I only heard a train very far in the distance, and I didn't notice any construction noise on the 13th floor.
"Great Stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/13/2009 Vote
3. I was hesitant to stay here from the other reviews' talk of noisy construction and trains in the area, but it was so close to the Aquarium and a better price compared to other downtown hotels that I took a chance and asked for a room on the upper floor.
"Great Stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/13/2009 Vote
4. The room would have had a great view if the aquarium wasn't under construction.
"New Hotel " Read full review on Travelocity   6/1/2009 Vote
5. There was construction next door at the Aquarium as they are building a new dolphin exhibit to be completed by 2010, so if you like to sleep in, I'd ask for a room higher up or on the opposite side of the building.
"Great Location, Nice/Clean room and pool " Read full review on Travelocity   3/1/2009 Vote
6. When I checked in, they did not inform me of the construction, nor provide me room location options to avoid all the noise.
"Recommend staying somewhere else " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2009 Vote
7. Instead, they just gave me a room front and center on the construction, and when I complained about it, they just acted like it wasn't their fault.

8. In the end, I left this hotel exhausted (from construction and nightclub music) and fleeced (overpriced and terrible service).
"Recommend staying somewhere else " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2009 Vote
9. While I understand that the construction in the area is not permanent and not within the hotel's control, they should show some consideration about its effects on their guests.

10. The area around the hotel is under construction, and the hotel was kind enough to give us front row seats for the construction site.
