1. It's a large, modern hotel with a huge glass covered lobby, which contains the bar, restaurant and lots of sitting and meeting space.

3. The non-accessible rooms do not have bathroom doorways wide enough to fit a wheelchair (as with most hotels) but they do have convenient ramps in the gorgeous lobby to allow an easy ingress/egress to the elevators and outside.
