1. I really don't understand why the expensive hotels charge for internet services.

2. When I explained the whole problem that had happened during my check in he looked closer and realized I had not been charged and again wanted to run my credit card to actually charge me for the room.

3. Staff was nice, just parking is expensive - 43USD per day, however, if you park in any other place, they charge you at least 15USD per drop while at the hotel it is per day.

5. Since we stayed for our anniversary, the same man at the front desk waived the valet parking fee, which was 40 dollars!(I think) Either way, it was awesome that they didn't charge us.

6. They forgot to make up our room twice, charged us $11.00 to print up 2 pages of airline tickets (where other places it was for free), the smoke alarm kept on going off when we had a shower as the room would steam up & attempted to charge us an extra $25.
