Most of the staff are lifelong members of the DC area, and can act as your
concierge
, giving you the low down on what hot new restaurants are open in the area, or where to get a great burger etc..

Furthermore, when calling the Front Desk /
Concierge
to find out where they hide them, I couldn't get through over a 5min period.

Our room was ENORMOUS, however we were later told by the
concierge
that there was only one room of that size on each floor, so we got really lucky.

concierge
, on the way to a meeting, that I might be back a little after 12 noon and if she could possibly put a note in account allowing me to check out an hour late.

When I asked for directions, the
concierge
told me the museum wasn`t opened and when another lady at the desk offered to look online, she insisted it wasn`t open.

The
concierge
couldn`t help us when we asked about possible restaurants to go to, etc. Very condescending attitude with one in particular.
