1. Most of the staff are lifelong members of the DC area, and can act as your concierge, giving you the low down on what hot new restaurants are open in the area, or where to get a great burger etc..

7. When I asked for directions, the concierge told me the museum wasn`t opened and when another lady at the desk offered to look online, she insisted it wasn`t open.
