5. the exauhst fan over tub did not work,for a while, so there was the start of mould up in the corners on ceiling, not a health thing yet but it could be.

7. The rooms had some were on it such as mold around the tub and water stain over the bed as if there was a leak that had been fixed but they didn't bother to repaint the ceiling.
