1. Breakfast at the hotel was good for the first day but very expensive (almost $90 2 adults and 2 u7 kids) we went to the Billyt Goat across the road but they were unable to make poached eggs, we then visited Union station for breakfast and free internet (hotel costs VERY expensive) For a great meal visit the Irish pub around the corner on the way to Union Station (best meal we had in the USA)The hotel is easy walking distance to the Capitol buiding and a all of the museums,we all walked to the White house though DC was very quiet during the holidays .

2. We checked in on a monday with the extra cost of that night being that this is a business traveler hotel but beyond that I was very,very pleased with the cost and the service.

3. Frist let me say that we got a great package with this hotel from Priceline and the cost is a big factor whenever I look at value.

6. My only recommendation is if you can take the train to Union Station do it because you will more than cover the cost with the price of parking.

7. It costs around $16 by cab to get to and from the airport from the hotel, or you can take the metro which involves a transfer.

10. If you want a view to the outside and possibly see the Capital building, make sure to request it (will cost more).
