1. Although we only had one meal at the hotel, we found the food to be excellent, which is a difficult compliment to get from me as my husband and I are big foodies who feel few restaurants can outdo our own cooking.

3. Our suite was large with a big sitting area, comfortable bed and great amenities It was also the only hotel in this part of DC that would guarantee us an adjoining room for the kids.

It wasn't a big issue and don't hold it against housekeeping (who did an otherwise excellent job) -I was just a little puzzled about it This hotel is a bit on the expensive side but is well worth the price and staying here was an absolutely marvelous experience and one of the highlights of my trip to the United States.

8. Also we have a white house view with a own fireplace , two big sofa and a enterteinment center, but an old tv ( must have lcd at this time ).

9. Seeing the White House as big as life from your room at various times of the day, sunrise, sunset, just wonderful- makes one proud to be an American.
