3. HIlton has a SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM WITH THIS LOCATION, but does nothing about it and their on-site management continue to pay lip service vis-a-vis the responses to other reviews.

7. Although the hotel can not control the actions of their guests, they have a responsibly to point out inappropriate behavior to those responsible and if it continues, to call the police.
