1. The Washington DC Metro system is *very* easy to navigate and is fairly clean and feels safe in most areas.

3. Pros: clean, friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast, subway station in building, Cheescake factory and other shops and restauarants in buildingCons: had to wait a really long time for hotel elevator at times, breakast selection was limited, parking was vey expensive.
