1. The best part of this hotel is that it's connected to the mall across the street and to the fabulous Metro subway system via underground passage ways so you don't need to go outside to catch the train.

4. Two things make this a fantastic hotel: 1) the fabulous cook-to-order breakfast included in the room rate and 2) the Metro station right inside the building.

The hotel itself is spectacular--we had adjoining suites (it turned out we had the corner suite, the biggest one, though we never thought to ask for it) with a fabulous view inside and out--rooms open onto balconies overlooking the atrium to a 3-story mall (Chevy Chase Pavilion) where we could eat dinner and shop.
