1. Hard to regulate, but really not that bad and I prefer a cool sleeping area, so this was minor for us.

2. Also, the window in the bedroom seemed leak cold air or at least transmit it pretty well, so the bedroom area would be cool while the sitting room would be warm.

3. CAUTION - my only mild complaint about the hotel, the rooms are not very quiet and are not easy to heat/cool.

4. We were there during their high 90 degree temps and longed for a cool beverage when we got thru with a day of sight seeing.
