1. We also visited new York and Boston on our honeymoon and the standard of the accomodation at the Palomar was FAR below either of the other two locations.

3. The General Manager is new to the hotel and was a young friendly Swiss Gentleman that truly wanted input on how to improve our experience.

9. When I went to the front desk I was greeted by Leigh, who was incredibly patient with me considering I was a bit frazzled from not sleeping so well - furthermore, she got us into a new room within the hour - a free upgrade - and comped us the breakfast we had ordered.
