1. We were there for 5 nights so you can imagine what state the strawberries were in :-( The cleaning was very sporadic.

4. At a minimum - the hotel has a fantastic location in Dupont Circle, the design and decor is exceptional, the rooms and public areas are always very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the room service is fantastic (great food, on-time, well presented).
