1. convenient location, very close to the Phillips Collection, lovely restaurant week brunch menu (the most interesting menu among the Kimpton hotels int his city.

3. Location can't be beat as the hotel is a few blocks from the Dupont Metro station with a Starbucks in the same block and a Le Pain Quotidien in the next block-both convenient for breakfast.
